The smallest of the folding boxes measures 40 x 20 x 80 millimetres. More content fits into the largest of our boxes measuring 160 x 80 x 320 millimeters. You can choose from square, rectangular, column or cube-shaped folding boxes.
Folding boxes made of sturdy cardboard
Those who put effort into the design of their folding boxes quite rightly expect them to remain in beautiful condition for a long time. We therefore only print boxes made of GC2 280 gsm chromo board. This really sturdy card makes the ideal box. The grammage indicates how heavy cardboard or paper is. Conventional paper for printers has a weight of approx. 80 to 100 gsm so you can see how much thicker 280 gsm is. Our cardboard is double-coated on one side, i.e. coated twice with a bonding agent. It is particularly resistant to bending and becomes even more durable and resistant with an additional finishing such as a scratch-resistant matt varnish, a shimmering gloss cellophane coating or our soft-touch film, each of which can be added in the free design tools. It's as easy as that!
Design folding boxes easily
You determine the size of your individually printed folding boxes in the online configurator: Simply click on the desired size and you'll proceed to the next step, creating the print file. The bleed edge is "missing" later in the print image after the cartons have been cut out - therefore you have to create a bleed of 2 millimeters in the print file.
